The challenge
Rapid Tax hands out print in person. One flyer had to work for two different filers: families comparing refund advances, and self-employed workers who don’t know they qualify.
Who it speaks to
Dallas families with children, and self-employed workers: hair stylists, barbers, babysitters, delivery drivers, housekeepers, designers.
Visual system
- Color
- Bright cyan for the front, lime green for the back, navy and yellow for contact details.
- Typography
- Clean geometric sans throughout, so numbers in the estimate table stay legible in print.
How we designed it
- Front side: “We’ll beat last year’s fee” plus an advance-estimate table by number of children.
- Back side: “Are you self-employed?” with a grid of job types so people recognise themselves.
- Halloween business cards reuse the same offer in a seasonal wrapper for October outreach.
