Terms and refunds

These terms explain how ordering from 911 Makers (Nine One One Makers) works: what you pay, what you get, and when you can get your money back. Last updated October 28, 2026.

Our services

We design flyers, logos, branding, AI video ads, websites, social media content and Canva templates, and run monthly marketing and design plans. Each package includes exactly what its page in the shop lists. Work outside a package is quoted separately.

Orders and invoices

You can order online from your basket, on WhatsApp, on Facebook Messenger or by email. Every order gets an order number and an invoice by email. We start work once the invoice is paid and we have what we need from you, such as your logo, photos and details.

Payments

• All prices are in US dollars.
• Every package is a one-time payment. We do not offer installments.
• Monthly plans and monthly flyer bundles are paid one month at a time and do not renew automatically.
• We never take card details on the phone or in chat. Card payments go through a secure hosted checkout.
• Launch offer: the first 20 clients get 10% off orders of $199 or more, 15% off orders of $1,000 or more, 20% off orders of $2,000 or more, 25% off orders of $3,000 or more on their first order, while places last. It is applied when the order is placed and cannot be combined with other discounts.

Refunds

• Before work starts: if you cancel before we start designing, you get a full refund.
• After work starts: once we have started your designs or sent you the first draft, the order cannot be refunded. You keep the revisions included in your package until you are happy with the result.
• Canva templates are digital downloads and cannot be refunded once the template links have been delivered.
• For a monthly plan or flyer bundle, you can stop at any time before the next month is paid. A month that has already started is not refunded.

Revisions

Logo packages include unlimited revisions. Other packages include the revisions described on their page or in your invoice. Revisions refine the design you ordered; a new design or a change of direction is a new order.

Delivery

Designs are delivered digitally, by email, WhatsApp or a download link, ready to post or send to your printer. We confirm the timeline for each order. Delays caused by missing content or late feedback move the delivery date.

Your content and your files

• You confirm you have the right to use the photos, logos and text you send us.
• Once your order is paid in full, the final files are yours to use for your business.
• The Exclusive Design by CEO logo package also transfers the copyright of the logo to you.
• We may show finished work in our portfolio. Tell us if you would rather we did not.

Costs not included

Domain names, hosting, third-party subscriptions, paid advertising (for example ad spend paid to Meta) and applicable AI operating costs are separate unless your invoice includes them.
