Privacy

This page explains what 911 Makers (Nine One One Makers) keeps when you create an account or order from us, and how to delete it. Last updated November 1, 2026.

What we collect

• Your sign-in: your name and email address from Google, GitHub or Facebook, whichever you choose. We never see or store your password.
• Your brand brief: the details you type in, such as your business name, state, brand colours, links and what you need.
• Your basket and orders: the packages and templates you add, and the orders you place with us.

We do not collect card numbers on this site, and we never post anything to your social accounts.

How we use it

Only to design for you: to prepare your orders, contact you about them, show your orders in your account and suggest packages that fit what you told us. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Website statistics

We use Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages and buttons are used (for example, how many people open WhatsApp or request a quote), so we can improve the site. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your browser's anonymized usage data; we never send it your name, email or phone number. You can turn it off with Google's opt-out add-on or your browser's privacy settings.

Where it is kept

Accounts use Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore, stored in the United States). Only you can read your account from the website; the 911 Makers team can see it to do your work. Order emails are sent with Resend. Your basket is also kept in your browser's local storage so it is there when you come back.

Deleting your data

Sign in, open Your brand brief and choose Delete my account. This removes your brief, your saved basket and your sign-in straight away. If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove 911 Makers from your Facebook settings under Apps and websites.

Prefer us to do it? Email info@911makers.com with the subject "Delete my account" from the email you signed in with, and we will delete it within 30 days. Invoices for past orders are kept for our records.

Children

Accounts are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
